As a rapidly growing company, we provide ample opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
However, we are looking for someone special. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do and the qualities we’re seeking.
What You’ll Do:

- Configuring and operating our cloud-based Flight Data Analysis software, Sky Analyst
- Reviewing and validating Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) and Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) events
- Preparing monthly reports and analyzing data to identify flight safety and operational trends
- Delivering exceptional customer support and training
- Assisting with aircraft incident investigations and FDR reasonableness reports
- Supporting software development by testing new features
- Other exciting tasks as we continue to grow (we have big plans!)
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- Education: A degree in a technical or scientific field (e.g. Engineering, Math, Computer Science)
- Aviation Passion: You’re excited about aircraft and aviation safety
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in doing things right and double-check your work
- Customer Focus: You’re friendly, outgoing, and prioritize customer satisfaction
- Technical Aptitude: You’re comfortable with computers and enjoy learning technical concepts
- Team Player: You’re flexible and willing to assist with tasks beyond your core role
- Growth Mindset: You’re looking for a long-term career, not just a job
- Flexibility: Occasionally, overtime may be required, but we’ll always make it worth your while
- Location: You’re legally entitled to work in Canada and can work on-site in Kanata (Ottawa), Ontario. This is an in-office role.
Nice-to-Haves (but not deal-breakers):
- 1-3 years’ experience in data analysis
- A pilot’s license or flight training
- Experience with databases or programming (Python, SQL, C#, etc.)
- Knowledge of other languages
While these would be considered advantages, they are not mandatory. We value passion and a willingness to learn above all.
